Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

There is no way that I could possibly praise Always Love Yourself enough. I recently visited Alyce and Karen in Connecticut to get my trial makeup and hair done for my wedding. I felt like a princess the entire time. Both ladies were there to make me happy, and if that wasn't enough, we had some amazing conversations as well. After looking at myself in the mirror all done up, I truly felt like a bride. That feeling hasn't left me yet.

There are many people in this world who know how to do hair and makeup. But I have yet to meet any who care as much as Alyce and Karen. They love what they do, and it shows. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long, long time.

While I was in Connecticut, I spoke with Alyce about her incredible work with cancer patients and survivors. I told her about the "favors" I am giving out at my wedding, and I hope that many of you brides reading this will do the same. St. Jude Children's Hospital is a hospital for children with cancer. They are treated regardless of their family's ability to pay. Many children are given a fresh start at life thanks to this miraculous place. As our favors, we are donating money to St. Jude in honor of every guest at our wedding. In turn, St. Jude will mail us bookmarks and scrolls for our guests to let them know what we have done.
